Ushinsky
This salad has little to Konstantin Dmitrievich Ushinsky, the great teacher of the NINETEENTH century. Closer ties should be sought in the ear, or rather, fish from it.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    30 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    10 g

Select the bones and place the fish on a plate. I have a goby and roach, river fish.

Press out the garlic. Mayonnaise draw patterns quite a bit.

Put grated carrots (not too finely). And some greens.
