Description
Chicken roses is very gentle, impregnated with a slight aroma of bacon.... MMM.. Though used breast rose was not dry, all thanks to the brisket! Roses are prepared quickly and from a minimum quantity of products, or rather, of the two - brisket and chicken.

Cooking
Wash and cut the fish into cubes.
Every block to beat with a hammer.
And begin to wrap the roses....On a slice of brisket stacked beated, so that the fillets overlap each other. Then add salt, add favorite spices (I had specially for chicken).
Fasten the roll with a wooden skewer..That's handsome work...
Put the roses in a baking dish and send in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
To get out of shape, put on a plate, and eat!
