Trout in almond breading
Very easy to prepare but elegant and tasty dish worthy of the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    400 g

  • Almonds

    2 handful

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

Fillet cut into small unit-dose strips. Add salt, sprinkle to coat with spices and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. I usually buy the big fish itself separate the fillet from the bones.

Pieces of fish dip them in almond petals fry in a skillet. I cover with a lid and fry on each side for 7 minutes on small fire. So there is no splashing. Fry until Browning fish and almonds. Fish have fallen from the petals to pick up from the frying pan and put on top of the plate.

Served with greens or garnish. And almonds and fish are very tasty and go perfectly together!
