Why sausage-ham?... The recipe is designated as a sausage, but my feeling is ham. To me the taste reminded me of ham from my childhood! So, continuing to experiment with vaccinia, decided to try this recipe. It was very tasty! BUT still, to be called the sausage "Doctor", she lacked tenderness... you must still add the cream, besides the milk powder, next time I will add. But overall, this is a very good replacement for store-bought ham and sausages!
