Chicken casserole with mozzarella and croutons
Tender chicken with crunchy garlic croutons and cheese, cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4214 - is a quick and delicious recipe that can be served to guests, cook dinner, wrap a piece of lettuce on the nature or to work (without adding garlic!) for a tasty lunch!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Croutons

    100 g

  • Olives

    5 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Thyme

    3 piece

  • Salt

Fillet cut into slices, sprinkle with mixture of peppers, salt. Grate cheese on a grater. Baton cut into cubes, Pat dry, mix with chopped garlic, drizzle with vegetable oil.

To turn mode "Roasting", pour vegetable oil, fry the fillets until light brown colour (it is important not to overdry, so the juice stayed in the meat!).

Grind the thyme, garlic, tomatoes, stir. Two kinds of cheese to combine.

Put in a bowl on top of the croutons chopped tomatoes, garlic, thyme. From top to pour half of cheese. Put the chicken slices, olives.

On top of everything to fill up cheese. To turn on the "baking" for 30 minutes. After the program is finished open the lid, cool the casserole, put on the steamer, and then on a dish. Can be served hot or cold. When serving, put on top of casserole slices of mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes, parsley.
