Rye-wheat bread
This tasty homemade bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rye flour

    50 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    50 g

  • Honey

    40 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    10 ml

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Olive oil

    5 ml

  • Water

    280 ml

Here is a set of products for making bread.

Wheat sift the flour, add the buckwheat and rye flour, salt, soy sauce (the original fermented malt 15 grams, I was not!), the yeast and stir. Without ceasing to stir, pour a thin stream of room temperature water, honey and olive oil. Knead the dough until a homogeneous ball
