Cooking
Chicken broth put on the fire. Add black and fragrant ground pepper, Bay leaf. While the broth is boiling, peel the potatoes and cut it into small cubes with sides of about 1 cm. Pour in the broth. Carrots cut into dice the same size as the potatoes.
Mushrooms cut into small pieces and fry on medium heat with a small amount of butter for 5-7 minutes.
The sliced carrots and fried mushrooms add to the pot of broth with potatoes. There also add 1 tbsp of Maggi filling for the pickle. Mix well, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. At this point you must taste the soup for saltiness, if needed, lightly salt. Immediately before the end of cooking, add finely chopped dill.
