Mix the flour with starch, baking soda and vanilla. Combine milk with oil, lemon juice and sugar.
Flour mixture, pour in milk, add raisins, knead elastic dough. Long knead not necessary, knead very quickly.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 2-4 mm depending on. crunchy or softer cookies you want to. Name's little helper (still will not leave))) and the notched cut out cookies.
Of these ingredients obtained a decent amount of cookies!
