Description

Airy, delicate dessert. Interesting recipe based on the fruit puree and gelatin. The house was only apples, so the clouds I made of them. Dessert lived up to its name, turned out light and delicate.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Wash the apples put them in the bag and bake in the microwave. Power and time-the apples are baked as well as potatoes. Readiness can tell by the smell: as soon as the smell of baked apples, can be removed.

Apples let cool and grind in a blender until smooth. In the puree I added the powdered sugar and a few tablespoons of syrup from the jam, since the apples themselves sour.

Add gelatin to puree and mix. Gelatin can be soaked in 50ml water or added to a smoothie. Then heat the puree with gelatin until hot, but not to a boil! Again let cool.

Cold mashed potatoes, beat with a mixer. It should be airy and lighter. I churned for about 15 minutes.

The finished mass is poured into the form, and put into the fridge.

When the dessert hardens, turn it gently. It remains cut clouds into pieces and enjoy. sprinkle the clouds with powdered sugar, but powdered sugar they are a bit sticky.
