Diet creamy chocolate dessert
Diet desserts are always delicious, but at the same time light and low-calorie. In any season, any gala date or just a weekend you can make a "a La cake"! Today the berries for this dessert is available all year round. But if not fresh, do not worry, I think that every woman has stocked up on berries for the future! From the frozen berries, the dessert is just delicious, too!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 l

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Berry

  • Cocoa powder

Berries wash and dry on a paper towel (I had raspberries and blueberries). Frozen berries, just defrost and drain off liquid.

Then yogurt (500g) add in the dissolved gelatin and mix well (here there is one danger, if the gelatin is not hot enough, and the yogurt is too cold, and you hesitated with stirring, the gelatin can harden lumps. So yogurt should be warm.)

The resulting mass carefully pour the already frozen layer of berries in jelly. And put back into the fridge.

In the second half of the yogurt, add 2st. l sugar and 2H. l cocoa.
