Semifreddo - delicious refreshing Italian dessert, ice-cream, which after freezing the texture remains tender and soft, thanks to the simple technology and a particular set of products. Does not require any special tools, just normal freezer! The recipe for Italian Semifreddo is almost always composed of berries - fresh or frozen. I suggest you to try a delicious variant with raspberries and chocolate!
