Potato skins with noevym cream
The recipe is very simple, budget-friendly and delicious snack that does not need any special culinary skills or tools. The combination is quite unusual, but you'll be pleasantly surprised. Suitable for vegetarians (not for vegans).

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    300 g

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    125 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Paprika sweet

  • Chives

1. Chickpeas soak overnight.

2. Boil until tender.

3. Potatoes cut in half, spread on greased with olive oil a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

5. When the potato has cooled slightly, get the middle, so that there is just crispy skin.

6. Ready to put the chickpeas along with half potato center, lemon juice, passed through a press garlic, mustard, turmeric, yogurt, a pinch of salt and pepper in blender and scroll to homogenous creamy mass. For that chickpeas should be warm.

7. To fill the resulting cream in a pastry bag. To do this, simply place it in the glass, nose down. (Explain only to facilitate the work, because in the video some of the chefs to hold a pastry bag is the name of the assistant)
