Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    800 g

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    1 cup

Cooking

In prepared stuffing add the boiled rice.

Make stuffing balls and put in pan tightly.

Fry in vegetable oil carrots and onions. Then add the mayonnaise (sour cream) and tomato paste to them.

Dilute the sauce with water.

The resulting sauce pour the meatballs and place into a preheated oven.

Cook at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
