Double layer Apple and spinach smoothie
Light, refreshing, healthy!

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    80 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Ice

    2 piece

  • Apple

  • Lime

  • Kiwi

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Yogurt

    230 ml

  • Apple

This smoothie I prepared the oat bran TM "Mistral".

Add the yogurt, even the blender until complete mixing of the ingredients. The first layer is ready. Poured it into glasses.

Prepare the second layer of the smoothie. My blender from the green smoothie. In the bowl of a blender pour the yogurt, add ice, honey, peeled and chopped Apple. With the help of a blender was milled ingredients. Pour the white layer over the green. With a toothpick or teaspoon on the walls of the cups green layer a little to draw a pattern on the white layer (I did, but when shooting after a while it almost became visible).
