Apples, baked under strasheim
The original recipe I found on the Internet. Preparing is quite simple, and it comes out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

In the original recipe for this dessert were prepared in small portions heat-resistant molds, I in the absence thereof built from foil. But in a container this dessert is very convenient to take on nature. So, tear off pieces of foil by the number of servings (I got 7 pieces) of about 20-25 cm.

Fold in half, shiny side out. Since the molds in one layer of the foil will be too thin.

Wrap around glasses with a diameter of about 7 cm.

"Seal" the bottom.

Remove the glass, neatly folded the edge of the foil (about 0.5 cm) inward so as to connect edges. Molds ready.

Apples cut into small cubes.

Pour lemon juice, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, a little cinnamon and nutmeg.

Prepare streusel. To the flour add the sugar. Butter (or margarine) chop with a knife, and then grind the flour and sugar with your hands into crumbs.

Put the ramekins on a baking sheet, place on the bottom of the apples.

The top is covered with strategem.

Put in oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

If you take this dessert to the nature, the edges of the foil it close the top. But if served at home, that molds need a little elevate. Gently nagrevaem them on the perimeter.

The dessert is ready. It can be served both warm and chilled. In the original recipe for a dessert yet it was proposed to sprinkle almond or any other nuts. Unfortunately, I was not nuts, but if You have, sprinkle. It must be good!
