Cooking
In a bowl put the oat flakes, cover with cold boiled water and leave for 8-12 hours at room temperature.
After time the whole lot of punch in a blender until smooth.
Drain in fine sieve (I skipped through two layers of gauze).
Oat milk is ready. Oat milk can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than a week. Bon appetit!
