Spaghetti with almonds and cherry tomatoes
Spaghetti with a tasty sauce.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    250 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Parmesan

    90 g

  • Almonds

    80 g

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Almond grind in a blender to make crumbs.

Grind the Parmesan.

Grind Basil and garlic.

Cherry cut into halves.

Combine tomatoes, Basil, garlic, almond crumbs, Parmesan. Add the olive oil and mix, lightly pressing down the tomatoes.

Boil the spaghetti until "al dente". Combine with sauce and serve, garnished with a sprig of Basil.
