Cooking
Seashells pre-boil. Spinach to defrost and squeeze excess water.
Mix with a blender the cottage cheese, feta, garlic, parsley, spinach and nutmeg.

Fill with the mixture of a seashell. Tightly put in a bowl multivarki.
