Cooking
Meat washed, cut into large chunks, pour 2 liters of cold water and boil.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until Golden brown along with the flour.
Grind cumin in a mortar or grind in a coffee grinder.
In the boiling broth add roast, cumin, salt and boil well.
Roast in the oven for croutons. To serve with them.
