Spicy carrot cream soup with meatballs
Quick, fragrant and delicious soup for the whole family. Really creamy texture to the soup gives the rice a smooth, pleasant, with the aroma of coriander and nutmeg nut. Meat balls turn out very tender, and any soup will appeal to even the little picky :) Tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Parsley

    1 coup

2 liters of water bring to a boil. To omit the coarsely chopped carrots and sprigs of parsley. After 10 minutes add the rice. Cook until tender (25 minutes)

Protein beat until soft peaks, add yolks and flour, add salt. Add the ground beef, mix well. Bring to boil 0.5 l of water. A teaspoon in boiling water put meat meatballs, cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

Rice with carrots grind in a blender, adding the broth from the meat balls. Add spices and butter, and again to warm up.

In a bowl pour our cream, spread balls, decorate with greens and sour cream (mayonnaise)
