Cooking
Preheat the oven to 230-250 degrees. The liver cut into pieces, onion peeled and cut into large slices, blend them in a blender until smooth.
Then in the hepatic mass introduce eggs and yogurt, sprinkle with salt and pepper, all beat. Gradually introduce the flour and baking powder. The consistency of the dough should be as fluffy pancakes. The finished dough pour on a baking tray covered with baking paper and level. Put in preheated oven. Bake until done (tested, piercing with a toothpick, like dry - then ready).
Chose for this recipe the basmati rice, its flavor is well suited to this dish. Rice is boiled until cooked, but so it turned out crumbly. For this I like to use the steamer, the ratio of water and rice is 1:1, time 30 min.
Prepare a creamy garlic sauce. Feta and cottage cheese put in a chopper with three cloves of garlic, add milk and whisk all together until a homogeneous sauce.
Milk is better to add small increments and watch the consistency, the sauce should not be too thick because the rice will absorb the juice and get dry.
The cooled cake cut into pieces, the size you desire. The rice and sauce mix (leave some sauce for the top of cupcakes to decorate). Make sandwiches between two pieces of rice cakes spread the filling. Top lubricated sauce.
Ready cakes in the end I still cut each in half. Served with fresh vegetables and herbs.
