Banana yogurt (homemade)
Healthy and tasty fermented milk product — yogurt — to cook in a slow cooker is very easy. As a starter you can use any yogurt without toppings and flavors. And for children it is the best option! ))

Ingredients

  • Milk

    650 ml

  • Sourdough

    1 can

  • Banana

    2 piece

Whisk in a blender with two bananas (you can use any filler for losing weight - cereals; jam; berries; fruit; honey; nuts). Add the "assets" are natural. Again whisk.

The resulting mixture is added to the milk and mix everything very well.

Next, pour in special jars for yogurt (I have 180 ml each). Who has not, you can substitute jar of baby pyureshek (only the lids on jars not prikruchivayte, and just cover lightly. This is done in order not to get wet - droplet evaporation).

At the bottom of the bowl lay a textile cloth to avoid scratching the coating jars and put the jars. Fill the jars with water approximately to the level of yogurt in the jars.

Include our slow cooker in mode "Control" for 6 hours at t40 degrees. For slow cookers that have no "mode Control" set the "heating" mode for 10-15 minutes. Scheme (for heating): 1. You turn on "warm up" for 10-15 minutes, shut off, is an hour of (slowly cooled). 2. In an hour again include a "warm up" for 10-15 minutes and shut off again. 3. Repeat the procedure again and leave in slow cooker for 2 hours, a little longer. The fact that the starter yogurt should be at least 4 hours, rest time, need for more quality starter (i.e., to sour was in the store, etc.). Thus, from 4-6 hours is the ideal time for making yogurt. I always do 6 hours.

Once the slow cooker finishes its job, take out jars and put in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. After that we can eat our helpful yogurt! And how the kiddies will like it! Bon appetit you and your baby! ))
