Pork in mustard-yogurt crust
Test multivarka VITEK VT - 4200. The result was very tender meat, you can eat both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Dried apricots

    1 handful

  • Prunes

    1 handful

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 pinch

  • Salt
