Potato balls with meat
I suggest You try the delicious balls of meat and potatoes, steamed in the slow cooker. It turns out light and perfect, not heavy dinner for the kids. The dish is prepared very quickly and without hassle. Come on in, help yourself.

The stuffing you can use either, the result is always excellent. Stuffed with chicken will turn out more tender. I use mixed minced meat: pork+beef. In the mincemeat add all the spices, seasonings and soy sauce TM Kikkoman, which gives the dish a rich taste.

Add in the minced garlic (crushed in any convenient way for You) and potatoes (grated on a fine grater). Mix well.

Bow to RUB on a large grater, add to the mince and mix thoroughly.

Of minced meat blind balls of any size. I did a little big and I got 10 balls (5, I immediately cooked, and the remaining 5 frozen). In the bowl multivarki pour 1.5 liters of water (I have a volume of 2.5 l). The bottom of a double boiler, coat with vegetable oil (so that our balls do not stick). Distribute the balls in the steamer, close the lid and set the mode "steaming" 40 minutes. Guided by my slow cooker, because the capacity of each is different.
