I have conceived a casserole, simple and quick to prepare, that you can and should eat every member of my family! The casserole can be called diet, treats her children and those who are watching a figure. Ingredients for stuffed cabbage, and a casserole in the slow cooker. For the first time the casserole was served for her husband's birthday - and he was right: it looks very elegant!

Cooking
The casserole will make 3 simple "notes": boiled rice, stewed cabbage and meatballs plus fill. Start with rice. I cook in the microwave, you are cooking, as you prefer. I take 1 Cup of rice (comes weight 170 g)
And pour 1.5 cups of water, add some salt, and put it in the microwave, without covering, for 10 minutes, the power of 900 watts. Cook the rice until soft
Now wash and peel the carrots and onions, fry in small amount of oil (in multivarka on mode "Roasting" I have it takes 7-8 minutes)
And yet finely shinkuem cabbage, add to bowl of carrots and onions, throw a few pinches of salt and a couple tablespoons of water, simmer all together. In a slow cooker it took me 15 minutes in the mode "Stewing"
Here is the cooked rice, he is half ready
Add to the rice 1 tbsp sunflower oil mix (not really stuck), let waiting in the wings :-)
Start meatballs. In the photo the breast without the bone 1 of a carcass, here 350 g
Meat skip through Mincer 2-3 times, so the meat was more tender
Then add to it 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp milk

And prepare the sauce: take 100 ml of kefir, which, however, weigh the same 100 g. the fat-free yogurt, take familiar to you, and you can replace it with sour cream, for example
Stir the yogurt and eggs, this filling is obtained. It can salt and pepper to taste, I again do not
The bowl, which will prepare a casserole greased slightly with butter on the bottom put half of the rice, then cabbage stew, she put up meatballs
From top to distribute the remaining rice
Slowly pour on top of filling in small portions, evenly. Now you can put on the "Baking" for 1 hour
