Casserole
I have conceived a casserole, simple and quick to prepare, that you can and should eat every member of my family! The casserole can be called diet, treats her children and those who are watching a figure. Ingredients for stuffed cabbage, and a casserole in the slow cooker. For the first time the casserole was served for her husband's birthday - and he was right: it looks very elegant!

The casserole will make 3 simple "notes": boiled rice, stewed cabbage and meatballs plus fill. Start with rice. I cook in the microwave, you are cooking, as you prefer. I take 1 Cup of rice (comes weight 170 g)
