Dear cooks! Anyone who prepares lasagna – means-tested and beloved recipe. After several experiments, I liked that option. And I want to share with You. If, suddenly, I'm repeating myself, sorry.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Lasagna

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Spices

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

Diced onion fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Add minced meat (I got pork), twisted on a large lattice grinder. I prepare the stuffing in advance, then to save time.

Add spices (for Italian cuisine), the taste needs more salt you can. Add sour cream (or cream), stir, pour the water (see, maybe 0.5 cups little, I often cook with cream). The sauce should be watery.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. First bake for 15 minutes, covering the top with foil. Then remove foil and brown for 10 more minutes. Lasagna needs a little up in the mould.
