Apricot pie
Apricot pie is a very delicate dough, fragrant and delicious. Slightly damp. Humidity depends on the number of attached berries.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Apricot

    300 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

The softened plums. butter or margarine to mix with sugar. Add salt and drive eggs one by one ,carefully rubbing the ground. Pour the flour with the baking powder , stir to avoid lumps. The dough should be thicker than for pancakes. Therefore the flour mixture gradually better parts.

Put the dough in the form greased with oil. Add the apricots, separated into 2 pieces and removed the bones. If you like sweeter, you can sprinkle it with sugar. Bake about 1 hour at temp.=180 gr.( Be guided by your oven, I have naughty )

For 5 minutes until ready to get the pie from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cocoa.Put 2-3 minutes in the oven to dissolve the spreading.

At first I wanted the finished cake pour the condensed milk , but after cooking, I decided to sprinkle the cocoa with icing sugar ,as the cake is slightly damp. You can sprinkle and just powdered sugar. Humidity depends on the amount of berries. The dough is tender. I have a form in diameter of 26 see Bon appetit!
