Ingredients

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Sausage

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take pre-cooked broth (I had beef), preheat

Add the potatoes, finely chopped

While the potato is cooking, prepare sauté: chop the onion and carrot

Saute onion and carrots

In a saucepan put drushlag and offer ready zazharku. After roasting will give their "juice", it can be discarded.

Once the potato is cooked, take out sauté and add peas and corn (the liquid can also add to the soup)
