Soup with goose giblets
I have been thinking how to make something interesting out of ordinary products. Present for your consideration my "creation".

Ingredients

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Dill

  • Heart

  • Stomach

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • The goose liver

    1 piece

Cooking

To start boil the giblets until tender (I still have the wing). The finished soup was delicious, I add a whole onion and a few peas allspice. Ready remove giblets to cool them down.

Then grate the carrot and slice the second onion (cooked first). Sauté.

Potatoes cut into cubes (or whatever you prefer) and send it into the boiling broth. Let them boil until almost cooked.

The cooled giblets, chop and put it with the onions and carrots to the potatoes.

After a couple of minutes pour in the cream, add the chopped dill, give writing a rolling boil for 5 minutes and turn off.
