Prepare the ingredients: peel the carrots, wash the cucumber (it should be large for better slicing)
Carrots grate on a fine grater
Cheese and garlic RUB on a fine grater (you can also use cheese sausage), add mayonnaise, mix thoroughly.
Slice the cucumber diagonally into slices of 5-7 mm.
