A rather interesting salad, as cooking, and combination products. Decorate your holiday dinner and will be a great company red sparkling wine.
Cooking
Oranges peel and cut into slices thickness approximately 1 see Each circle, season to taste herbs de Provence. In skillet, heat olive oil, gently put an orange (be careful, the oil can splash!) and fry from both sides. Optionally, you can add oranges honey (it tastes better, IMHO!). Arugula and grapes washed and dried, Parmesan cut into thin slices. On a platter lay the arugula on top lay thin slices of ham. Add to salad, grapes and olives. Put fried orange and cheese.
