Cooking
Salted fish cut into pieces and spread on a flat dish.
My cherry tomatoes and arugula. Cherry cut in half. Stir. If you decide to cook with mayonnaise, then add it at this stage.
Sesame seeds need a couple of minutes to fry in a hot frying pan WITHOUT adding oil until Golden brown.
Lay the fish on top of greens (do not mix!!!). Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and pour a little soy sauce. If the herbs with the mayonnaise, then just sprinkle with sesame seeds.
The salad is ready. Fast, beautiful, useful!!! Easier to put a tablespoon. Bon appetit.
