Chicken balls with pineapple
I really like the combination of chicken and pineapples, so those who agrees with me, please enjoy a very tasty chicken balls with chunks of juicy pineapple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    70 g

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken breast grind in a blender to a state of minced meat.

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in olive oil (1tbsp. L.).

Carrots wash, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Add in chopped chicken breast, onions, carrots, cheese and salt. Mix well.

In a separate container mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.

With pieces of pineapple pour off the juice.

Further, from the tablespoon of chicken mince moistened hands to form a pellet. In the centre lay the pineapple slices.

Make a ball and roll it in breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
