Cooking
The lentils soak for 2 hours, then cook until tender in 2.5 liters of water. Broth pour into a separate bowl (do not pour).
Onion cut into cubes, carrots three on a large grater and fry in vegetable oil 3 to 4 minutes, add chopped small cubes chili pepper and peeled and chopped tomatoes (I had frozen midway, remaining after cooking the tomatoes), sprinkle with Cayenne pepper. Simmer 5 - 7 minutes.
Potatoes cut into medium cubes and lightly fry in butter (so potato cubes are slightly browned and soaked with oil).
"Collect" soup: lentils are spread steamed vegetables, break the blender (I do not fully puree, at the request of the husband, leave the pieces). Pour the lentil broth, bring to a boil, add salt. Put the potatoes and cook till its ready. Delicious soup is ready :)
