Let's start: 1. Finely chop the meat (I had some pork that I cut cubes). Throw into boiling water the meat. 2. Carrots rubbed on a large grater for color. 3. While the meat is cooking, wash and cut all vegetables (potato, zucchini, pepper and 1 tomato). 4. In broth throw all the vegetables, then chop the greens and cook the cherry tomatoes. 5. After all the sauce to boil 5 minutes, throw the greens and half the cherry tomatoes, cook for another 10 mins and switch off, leave to steep! Garnish with greens and eat! Bon appetit!
