In the original recipe (book the Practical encyclopedia "Homemade bread") were asked to take three hot peppers. But we thought this number too... Somewhat obsessive peppery taste. One pepper is enough. But two pepper-that's it. Weight already peeled pepper 35-40 g.
So... Pepper, cleaned, cut into small cubes and fry in olive oil (2 tbsp.) three or four minutes. Cool.
Sift the flour. Pour in the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, mix well. Pour room-temperature water, olive oil (1 tbsp) and add roasted peppers. (along with the oil in which the roasted pepper) and Knead the dough. The dough was quite dense, elastic.
Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and leave in a warm place for 55-60 minutes.
