Turkish pastries
I offer delicious cakes. Cake like for both children and adults. And since I have a little baby who demands most of the attention, and cakes I try to cook time-consuming, but delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Sugar

    325 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Semolina

    500 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the butter with yogurt, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix semolina, baking powder.

Mix the semolina with the yogurt mixture.

Beat egg whites and mix with the dough.

Pave square shape with baking paper. Spread the batter into the pan and flatten. Bake 45-50 minutes at 175 degrees.

For the glaze mix in a bowl the sugar with 125ml water, lemon juice and cook 2 min. Remove the cake from oven, pour mixture and allow to cool.

Before serving, cut into squares and sprinkle crushed nuts.
