My recipe of chicken with vegetables.

Chicken breast cut into cubes,season with salt and pepper and fry with red onion, roughly chopped, until Golden brown.
Add pepper, cut into strips.
Lightly sprinkle oregano and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, cut into strips.
Pour sweet and sour sauce, slightly diluted with water (not diluted for me too spicy) cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Before the end of cooking sprinkle with finely chopped Basil , served with a side dish of rice or pasta, garnished with a sprig of Basil.
