Peel and finely slice the red onion. I can use regular onions, but the red in this dish tastier. Melted butter preheat a pan, put onion and fry until transparent and a light blush.
Pour the cream. To warm and add spices and salt. I used salt with herbs. You can add any favorite spices for beef. Just keep in mind the saltiness of the meat.
Add sesame seeds and stir.
Put the meat pieces and drown them in sauce. Reduce the heat to minimum.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds and black cumin and simmer a few more minutes over low heat until evaporation of excess liquid. I misted the breadcrumbs vegetable oil.
I served this dish on slices of baked eggplant. Very convenient when baking meat in the oven to bake simultaneously favorite vegetables and use them as a garnish.
Put the meat with sauce on the side, in this case the eggplant, and serve. Bon appetit!
