Sharp rolls

Description

Based on the recipe of the cook NATALIAna - Rolls "Tenderness". I hope she won't mind that I stole this idea.

Ingredients

Zucchini

1 piece
Cheese

100 g
Horseradish
Tomato

1 piece
Flour
Salt
Black pepper

Cooking

The required products.

Zucchini cut along the thin plates.

Season with salt/pepper, roll in flour and fry on both sides.

Thinly slice the cheese.

Now the fun part: on a hot tavern cheese spread with horseradish to put a small piece of tomatoes and a fast roll.Secure with a toothpick. A small difficulty is that the pub must roll until it has cooled, in order to melt the cheese. But if you adapt using the means at hand, it is not difficult.
