Sausage baskets

Description

Fried sausage and notice how the edges are raised :) and immediately the idea was born!

Ingredients

Sausage
Mayonnaise
Bread
Soft cheese
Gherkins
Walnuts
Greens

Cooking

Sausage cut into slices thin, but not transparent. On the hot with butter the pan, lay the slices of sausage and press it slightly in the middle, fry on one side only. When heated, the edges of the sausage start to rise and get the shape of the baskets.

Fry in the toaster the bread, we'll put the baskets filled with salad.

I put it in the basket in the circle, pepper, and grated cheese center.

Then I put in the microwave so the cheese melted.

Then I filled salad every basket. I had pickled gherkins (cut slices) and green. Cucumbers with greens mixed and filled baskets, on top of the mayonnaise and peanut. Bon appetit!
