Spicy meatballs in tomato sauce
This year we have a big crop of tomatoes, so my mom calls me three times a day with an ironic question: "do You need tomatoes?". Nevertheless, they suggest, lunch and dinner. And here once again reflecting on the dinner (and the competition) I came, or rather came up with the idea of meatballs and, of course, tomatoes. And where do without them? The result is extremely tasty and juicy meatballs in tomato sauce!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Lemon juice

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg
