I baked a cupcake with frozen cherries. Therefore, our first step is to defrost the cherries are pitted, this is best done on a strainer to drain excess liquid.

Therefore, there is a risk to overdry the cake.
Shape remove from oven and cool completely. I start removing from the mold a still-warm cupcake and cherry top layer was damaged. But to understand me - very soon I couldn't wait to try your creation, especially since the smells in the kitchen hovering very tempting!
