Description

Quiche with roasted onion and pumpkin
This is my 300th recipe! Quiche is an open pie with shortbread crust (often, but not always) and a filling of eggs, cream and cheese. Depending on desire, toppings can be varied. This quiche is very tasty, with a slight aroma of pumpkin, taste of fried onions and cheese - a fairy tale!
