Description
Light, airy and slightly trembling... as if the light touch of butterfly wings... SOUFFLE... from the fragrant strawberry yogurt, with a layer of biscuits soaked with fragrant cherry-peach jam, layers of milk chocolate... a Single layer smoothly into the other, makes not to feel the subtle border between the cascade of flavors... without baking...

Cooking
Gelatin pour into a bowl and cover with water, let it swell, then melt in a water bath.
Yogurt lightly whisk at the lowest speed, then add gelatin, mix thoroughly.
The form will vystelit with cling film.
On the bottom pour the first layer of yogurt, about 3 inches, covered biscuits, which you must dip in milk.
Cover biscuits with a layer of yogurt, again, put a couple of layers of biscuits and cover everything with a layer of chocolate. It is necessary to leave some chocolate for decoration. I just filled a syringe of icing, and the rest laid out on a cookie.
On top pour chocolate again yogurty mixture, then a layer of biscuits, cover the biscuits with jam, cover jam biscuits.
Pour over the remaining yoghurt, spread a layer of biscuits, jam and finally the final layer of biscuits. Put them in the cold until hardens.
Dump the dish on the tray. I covered with cream( 2 tbsp of condensed milk and 2 tbsp butter + yellow dye).
Now in the process of embellishment. Draw on a sheet of paper butterfly wings, put on top of the file and draw a chocolate pattern. Then I put the file on a cutting Board and put it in the freezer. When frozen, carefully lifted and secured to the cake with toothpicks.
That's what it is, when we tasted it!!!
