Cooking
The dough to do on a steam setting. For this you need 2 pots, one placed to another. In a large pot pour water to a height of approximately 3-4 cm and bring to a boil. Insert a small saucepan (it should not touch the water), and make the dough on a slow fire. Melt 60 g of margarine, then add sugar and mix well.
Add the honey and vodka and stir until homogeneous (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat and cool 15 minutes. Until the mass cools, whisk the eggs.
Now you need to add eggs to warm mass (if the mass is hot eggs can brew and dough will not work). Remember that the pan is NOT on heat.
Boil water in a large saucepan. The resulting dough again put in a water bath. Add baking soda and stir (about 5 minutes) until the dough will increase in 2 – 2,5 times.
Then add gradually the flour and knead the dough. It is not tight. To not sticking to hands sprinkle with flour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces ( I divide by 2, and then each cut in half).
Spread on a baking sheet baking paper, put the dough and roll out thinly.
Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 170S 8-10 minutes.
Accepted for preparation of cream. This time I made custard, and you can mix the sour cream with sugar. Also very tasty it turns out. Custard cream: 1.5 cups milk and heat but do not boil. In half a glass of cold milk, add the flour and stir well to avoid lumps. Milk with flour and carefully pour in the heated milk. Cook the cream, stirring constantly, over low heat until thick. Add vanilla and citric acid, cool. In warm cream to spread margarine and mix well. Then put the cream on the cold that has thickened and cooled.
Prepare the impregnation. In half Cup of water dissolve sugar and then impregnate each cake on top. I baked 2 cakes, made 4, cut each in half, and cooled them.
