Cooking
All the ingredients given for 2 servings. For this salad you need a cylindrical mold or a glass. I'm still not going to make a form for a portioned salads, but in vain, at least let me give you a need advice, maybe it will be useful to someone. Making the mould is to take an empty tin can a tin of condensed milk, cut out the bottom and clean it from chipping. With this form it is very convenient to "build" a La carte salads. Let's get started, describe the preparation of the salad in the glasses: at the bottom of the cups to put cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
On cheese put a teaspoon of mayonnaise and ketchup (the ketchup should be of high quality, natural, in General, is delicious, also depends on the juiciness and taste of the salad), spread over the surface.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Onion spread with salted red fish.
Fish sprinkle with finely sliced onions (a pinch), coat with ketchup and mayonnaise (for 1H. L.). Each layer lightly press down with a spoon.
The last layer put cucumbers, cut into strips, also miss the mark a little ketchup and mayonnaise. My advice: if you make the salad in the glasses, the layers don't report to the top 1.5-2 cm, for a more convenient uploading content, and glass pre-lubricate with vegetable oil. Well, if you are preparing a salad in the cylinders, you will have no problems, you just carefully remove the form. Only the layers will be placed in the queue, but in reversed order. Oh, something I've been nasovetovala. :-D
Now carefully turn over our "reefs" on the plates and decorate with sprigs of dill, olives and ketchup.
Delicious, hearty and very original look!
MMM... well, just divinely delicious, delicate taste of salted fish, easy slight kick of the onion, refreshing cucumber... spicy ketchup... then I could not resist and took a picture for you in the middle of a "reef"!
