Description

Korean dish
What is the uniqueness of this recipe, and unlike the classic "Heh"? I will try to answer this question: 1. Unlike the classic recipe, this one requires fresh fish, and allows you to cook a wonderful "Heh" even from frozen fish. 2. The classic "He" is preparing for a very long time because it requires hours of marinating fish in vinegar. However, for this recipe, the dish can be prepared in just 30 minutes! 3. And finally, the third advantage of this prescription in its efficiency, because this "He" is prepared with the addition of large quantity of carrots. Convinced that preparing this wonderful dish you and your family will love it!

Cooking

step-0
So, let's start! In the classic Korean "Heh" is used raw, freshly caught fish, which must be cut into cubes and mixed with vinegar marinate for several hours in an enamel pot with a tight lid. We do it the other way! Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and place it in a steamer for 20-30 minutes, and while it is cooked, finely chop the onion, garlic and shred on a coarse grater carrots. If you have a special grater for Korean carrot, then use it.
step-1
Now cut the prepared fish into small cubes and mix with onions, garlic and carrots.
step-2
Add salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and all the essential spices. Can also add MSG (monosodium glutamate) since it greatly improves and enhances the taste, but I still healthy diet, so see for yourself. All mix well.
step-3
Put on the stove a small pan and pour a little vegetable oil (fifty grams). The plate supply for maximum fire and heat the oil until it begins to slightly smoke.
step-4
As soon as the oil started to smoke immediately pour it into a "Heh" and quickly mix.
step-5
Heh done! Be happy and healthy! Bon appetit!
