Salad
As the host of the new year, the tiger often gives their possessions careful look, and then in the night sky occurs its stellar silhouette... a Few years ago me this salad gave my friend's mom. During this time, I brought the recipe with two additions:) And please do not worry, this salad of unity of prunes and canned fish! Prunes behaves like a gentleman and does not clog the taste of fish, but only its acidity complements gracefully. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

  • Crackers

    40 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Prunes

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Olives

  • Egg white

Fish take out from the jar, remove ridges, fins. Mash with a fork. Laid on the bottom of the bowl. Mayonnaise.

Grind olives. I have (in my bowl) took a little more than half of the 360 gram jar.

Grated protein draw the majestic profile of the tiger. In General, the olives here I only needed to clearance. I taste do not understand and therefore move this layer aside. But my mom gulped and licked the spoon, saying they fit perfectly into the recipe! So what about olives – look at his own taste;-)
