Cooking
Make the filling: potatoes cut into small cubes, mix with minced meat (or meat that is cut into small cubes) finely cut onions (I mince along with a kink through a meat grinder), add to the stuffing, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Make the dough: Cup of vegetable oil mix with salt, baking soda slaked with vinegar. Add water and flour. Knead the dough ( not very stiff)
Roll out the dough, make circles.
On the dough spread the filling. Inside you can put a small piece of butter.
Lubricates echpochmak egg. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Readiness is determined by the readiness of a potato if it's ready, then echpochmak ready. (that means the meat also came)
